I do not see the quality in this home that dictates the near million dollar price. Don’t see granite in bath or kitchen, nor is there tile rather than vinyl flooring. Appliances not impressive. The distance is a problem for commuters and believe it to be overpriced based on the estimates posted. Love the setting, but distance and quality dictates a lower price. Let me know if it is considerably reduced.
